There are only a few days left in the semester for service:
Monday Team: last day is April 28th
Tuesday Team: last day is April 22nd
Wednesday Team: last day is April 23rd
Instead of a though question, I want you to reflect on your service this semester. As many of you may know, this is my first year as service coordinator, and it has been a truly eye-opening experience to see people enjoying service like I do.
Because the year is wrapping up, I want you to take a step back and really examine your service at SILA. What better way to do that than in a letter. So, I want you to write a letter to your future self, talking about three things:
**In writing this letter, it is best to imagine yourself writing to another person (your future self). Try to talk in the third person, and really reflect. The responses are not to be "turned in" until the final reflection, so you have time to really engage with yourself. Additionally, I must note that these letters are personal; I will not read them until given permission to do so. Please seal them in an envelope if you can.
If there is one time to put in your all into reflection; this is the time. If you have any question, please feel free to email me.

- How you excelled in your service this semester; highlight your strengths
- How you might have fell short in your service this semester; speak about your weaknesses and ways you can improve them
- Most importantly, I want you to speak to your future self, giving any advice or suggestions for service in the future
